i just registered for boston this evening.
i haven't run since the marathon. when i jogged from my car to the gym this morning for my swim lesson, i was actually winded. it sucked.
my sleep pattern has been all jacked up lately. too many 'situations' at work. i gotta get myself a day off. i find myself falling back into a pattern i had at college. when it gets late and i get tired, i get nervous about going to bed for fear of not waking up in time the next morning...so i put off going to bed. dumb, yes. but for some reason, that's how my brain works.
the holiday decorations go up at the store next week. it feels like it gets earlier and earlier every year.
