well, they found the driver of the benz from my previous post and should be issuing a warrant for his arrest sometime today. he will likely get charged with reckless driving and i may have to appear in court. it's kind of sad that it takes this kind of thing to force people to be more considerate of others. i almost feel bad that this guy may end up with a criminal record because of this...almost...but not quite.

The ass deserves what he gets. I don't know why I bother following the rules of the road when I commute to work on my bike. None of the cars do.
Awesome.
And yeah, he deserves everything he gets and then some. Screwing with other cars is road rage; messing with people on bikes is ridiculous.

Yeah... I mean... cars is one thing but bikes? What kind of a loon takes issue with CYCLISTS passing them? I mean for CRYING OUT LOUD. In fact, for that matter... "it's the one on the right grandpa", if cyclists pass you then you really need to pick it up a bit.
