unexpected workout

tomorrow i have an appointment for my car. the warranty is very very close to running out and there is something with the cooling system that i want to have the experts take a look at before i have to pay for it. Up until about 30 minutes ago, I was supposed to have the day off so that I could take care of this. Needless to say, I no longer have the day off. It's exactly 22.9 miles door-to-door. My self inflicted training schedule states that I am to go for a 25 mile bike ride. I guess it's going to be double. I do not look forward to how funny I will be walking...damn racing seats.
