to court batman!

as a followup to my previous post (yes, i'm too lazy to look up the link) about the jackass in the benz who tried to run over my buddy and i while we were out cycling, i went to court last tuesday.

his charges: reckless driving, aggravated assault (the weapon being an S500).

his plea bargain: reckless driving and an 8 hour driving course.

my buddy and i agreed that this would be acceptable otherwise it's another few days out of our lives for a jury trial. both charges have equal weight in sentencing so it didn't matter which one he got although i would have preferred he been given the aggravated assault. at least it's over.
